MCC is the recipient of a National Science Foundation CCLI grant totally $48,000. Phase 1 of the grant is designed to promote research based curriculum involving biochemical characterization of A. radiobacter k84 mutants. The mutants are generated by MCC students while the characterization will be done by particpating high school students on their perspective campuses.
